Commissioned for a client in New York, the MegaVibe is the world’s largest soil compactor. Turning the vision of the client into a real life high functioning piece of equipment, via telephone and email no less, proves the unique capabilities Broons has to engineer custom plant.
Connected by a modular drawbar, the three vibrating rollers can be sequenced side by side, in a chevron and any other combination required. Synchronised resonance and many other technical challenges were accomplished by the decades of experience accumulated by Broons engineering staff.
