Western Victorian earthmoving company Greg’s Digging has just added one of the versatile Stehr 24L Soil Stabilisers to their large fleet of plant. Connected via the three point linkage, the PTO powered stabiliser is used to mix layers of base and additive like cement, lime and fly ash to regenerate base and gravel road pavements. Owner Greg Rymer has been impressed with the performance of the unit which has a mixing width of 2.4m. “Can’t complain about the Stehr – it does exactly what it’s meant to.” Additional options like the integrated moisture system all contribute to the popularity of this in situ ground improvement attachment.
